I know work has been stressing him out, but he still helps me study at night even when he’s so tired. Asking him about it gets me nowhere— as usual he tries to take on all the burden by himself.
Grandfather told me that sometimes, grown-ups set their mind and work towards a certain goal, only most give up when they’ve reached their limit.
I don’t want Grandpa to give up. So the next time he gets a day off, I take him to the park to get his mind off things. Today’s a lazy day, and we end up wrestling down into the ground to look up at the sky and the falling leaves.
